Salary/Pay Rate: $152,734 - $190,923 per year + 15% Director Bonus + Sign-On & Relocation Bonuses (negotiable)
Schedule: Full-time, Days (No Weekends), Onsite

Job Description: The Vice President of Surgical Services will lead strategic growth initiatives, oversee daily operations, manage direct reports, analyze expenses, and ensure the efficient and compliant operation of surgical services across two facilities. This includes responsibility for areas such as the operating room, pre/post-operative care, endoscopy, sterile processing, and scheduling.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree
- RN or CST experience
- 3+ years of experience in surgical services
- Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse or certified surgical technologist in Texas
- Strong leadership and operational management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and implement growth strategies
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards in healthcare
Preferred Skills:
- Master's degree in Nursing, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in a leadership role
- Certified Nursing Operating Room (CNOR)
- Certified Surgical Services Manager (CSSM)
